En Foco is dedicated to nurturing and promoting photographers of diverse cultures, focusing on Latino, African, Asian, Native American, and Pacific Islander heritage. Our programs support artists historically underrepresented in photography by offering grants, mentorship, and resources. En Foco organizes exhibitions and workshops, providing platforms for photographers to showcase their work and develop their skills. We publish the photographic journal Nueva Luz, featuring talented photographers from diverse backgrounds and amplifying their stories. Our study center and archive preserve and make accessible the rich history of our artists’ work. En Foco champions diversity in photography, empowering artists to share their unique perspectives and contribute to the broader cultural narrative.
