Locust Projects – Main Gallery Open Call

Artists from around the world can apply for the opportunity to create ambitious, large-scale new work in the Miami organization’s main gallery. Those selected will receive a production budget of up to $10,000, a $5,000 artist fee, and more.

Bronx Council on the Arts — SU-CASA Teaching Artist Residency

SU-CASA is a community arts engagement program that places artists in residence at senior centers across the five boroughs of New York City. The program provides selected artists with a stipend in exchange for creating and delivering arts programming for seniors.Selected artists will work with the senior center, where they are placed to refine project goals and coordinate a schedule for residency activities and the use of facilities.

A.R.T./New York – New York City Small Theatres Fund

In partnership with the Howard Gilman Foundation, the New York City Small Theatres Fund is a two-year general operating support grant to New York City-based theatre companies with annual budgets between $15,000 and $250,000. The fund provides multi-year grant awards between $7,500-$10,000 each year. This grant aims to support a wide range of theatrical aesthetics, methods of production, and artistic communities throughout the five boroughs, engaging their artists and audiences in meaningful, exciting, and committed creation and production.

West Virginia University Libraries – Mountain AIR

Through project-based awards, this residency invites US artists to spend a week exploring the West Virginia & Regional History Center’s environmental archives, with the goal of inspiring new creative work that reveals the state’s ecological story.

Smack Mellon – 2026–27 Artist Studio Program

Six NYC-based emerging visual artists will be granted a free private studio, access to Smack Mellon’s shared production facilities, coordinated studio visits and open studios, and a fellowship (dependent on funding).

BCA Longwood Art Gallery — Curatorial Fellowship Open Call

The Bronx Council on the Arts (BCA) Longwood Arts Project seeks a Bronx-based Curatorial Fellow for a unique opportunity to engage in the implementation of two exhibitions of the Longwood Art Gallery for 2026.The Fellowship will run from mid-January 2026 through mid-July 2026, with an estimated commitment of about two days per week, approximately five hours each day. The Curatorial Fellow will receive a stipend of $4,000.

Morgan-Menil Fellowship

Meant for independent research projects on drawing throughout the history of art, this three- to nine-month fellowship includes a monthly stipend of $4,000–$5,100, plus a modest allowance for travel between NYC and Houston, Texas.

Bobby Anspach Studios Foundation – 2025 Artist Grant Program
