Reflecting In the Spirit of Kamoinge features black and white photographs by Sharry Daniels, Antonio Johnson, and Ocean Morisset. Reflecting Kamoinge’s spirit through their eyes and souls, these photographers capture compelling, intimate, and familiar images of community, solidarity, love and activism. The exhibition reaffirms the Kamoinge Collective influence of a new generation of African-American artists. Co-curated by Juanita Lanzo, Adger Cowans, and Shawn Walker.
